Copenhagen gets a new metro line - City Ring with a vision of more sustainable and accessible future of public transport.

After 8 years of construction, the city finally has a metro line system that is about to ease the daily transportation not only for locals, but also for visitors.
Inaugurated with a grand celebration on the 29th September, 2019 at City Hall square by The Queen of Denmark, Margrethe II, the new metro line is the largest construction project to have taken place in Copenhagen during the last 400 years.
